Our Mission
iHelp employs a collective, community-driven approach to educating, enriching, and fostering self-sufficiency in communities we serve. We collaborate with global partners to identify and address the social determinants of health (SDOH) within underserved communities and respond with innovative programs, tailored to the unique challenges within those communities.

We work to reduce the waste of our health system by collecting functioning medical supplies and equipment that normally is directed to landfills, and redistribute them to our healthcare operations both locally and abroad.

What People Think About Us
Planting seeds is not just symbolic here. It is also educationally valuable, as the children learn to understand nature, to develop an awareness of the environment and of themselves, to feel connected but also to take responsibility and practice patience. The day was exhausting but it was worth every effort because the children are just wonderful and give so much that you can't put it into words. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.
These encounters have reshaped our perception of the community we serve and underscored the vital role of psychosocial support. While the resilience of these families is inspiring, it also sheds light on the systemic gaps in our social safety nets. There is an urgent need for comprehensive support systems that address not only economic but also emotional and psychological well-being.
Within this trip I learned about myself, pushed beyond the brink of comfort. I witnessed raw human nature, the drive for survival. The beauties of the world untouched by man. The ugly of medicine not everyone can be healed. I encountered incredible people from all different paths of life. My passion for medicine has never been solidified till now.

We work with Fundación Madrid Campestre
The Madrid Campestre Foundation was born out of the necessity to assist the community in the El Pesebre neighborhood due to their limited resources. The foundation initiated activities related to Christmas, market management, aid in house construction, and support for children who lacked access to education.
Our team is dedicated to helping them develop a website and expand their capabilities. Through this partnership, we aim to support Fundación Madrid Campestre in enhancing their online presence and reaching a wider audience. By leveraging our expertise, we are working together to create a robust digital platform that will facilitate their mission and further their impact in the community.
